What you'll do

• Serve as primary contact for assigned referral sources, patients, and field-based sales partners
• navigate referrals from receipt through service determination within the pharmacy network
• collect patient demographics, benefits, clinical history, and prescription details
• coordinate benefit investigation outcomes with Reimbursement Specialists
• coordinate with Nurse Coordination and Pharmacy Operations
• document referral activity and communications
• manage referral volume, turnaround times, and workload priorities.

Why this role
