The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents, collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues. This role involves assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of resident care.

What you'll do

• Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care.
• Collaborates with resident, family, and interdisciplinary colleagues.
• Demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise.
• Cares for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Responsible for coordination of care, resident assessment, and resident education.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to assistive personnel.

What we're looking for

Education

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred. Currently holds an unencumbered RN license.

Experience

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred. Currently holds an unencumbered RN license.
