What you'll do

• Perform CLIA-waived, moderate-, and high-complexity testing
• assess and process specimens and report results according to SOPs
• review and troubleshoot Chemistry QC/QA
• oversee maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of Chemistry instruments
• train and assess staff competency
• develop and maintain Chemistry SOPs
• support surveys and inspections
• oversee Chemistry supplies and inventory
• coordinate proficiency testing and corrective actions
• maintain California CLS licensure.
