The Machine Operator role is onsite in the Mount Pleasant, PA area. Compensation is $17–$20 per hour, based on position, shift, and experience. The openings are with an established manufacturing employer. The role exists to operate production machinery and support safe, accurate manufacturing output. Operators handle materials, monitor product quality, document production, and maintain an orderly work area on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.

What you'll do

• Operate and monitor production machinery
• load, unload, stage, and transfer production materials
• make minor machine adjustments and troubleshoot
• inspect finished products against quality standards
• complete production documentation
• maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• work a rotating 2-2-3 schedule on the assigned day or night shift.
