Non-CDL Driver

Job overview

The Non-CDL Driver role is onsite in Lihue, HI, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and overtime as needed. Pay starts at $27 per hour and may be higher based on experience. Ferguson supplies products and services across commercial, residential, industrial, and other industries. The driver delivers materials to customers, handles returns, and supports warehouse order preparation and receiving as needed. The role helps ensure accurate, safe deliveries and supports customer service and warehouse operations.

What you'll do

• Deliver materials and assist with loading and unloading
• ensure delivery tickets accompany materials
• pick up customer returns and validate products for credit requests
• perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• fuel the truck and report issues
• follow safety policies and DOT regulations
• assist warehouse staff with preparing orders and receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking materials
• use required personal protective equipment.
