The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is an onsite, full-time position in Pullman, WA, paying $22–$26 per hour. The CNA provides hands-on assistance with daily care, follows resident care plans, observes and reports changes, and documents care. The role contributes to residents’ comfort and wellbeing through consistent communication with nurses and the care team.

What you'll do

• Provide direct care according to resident care plans
• assist with bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, mobility, transfers, and feeding
• protect residents’ rights and choices
• observe and report changes to the nurse
• follow facility and infection-control procedures
• document care and condition
• communicate with the charge nurse.
