Late Night Custodial Supervisor

• Plan and implement day-to-day custodial activities
• perform custodial duties as needed
• supervise, audit, and inspect work at assigned sites
• address employee performance and quality issues
• support workflow and continuous improvement
• maintain safety procedures and report hazards
• coach and train team members
• manage time and attendance records
• order supplies and monitor inventory
• report equipment and fleet maintenance needs
• provide customer service.
