Procurement Manager

What you'll do

• Execute category and sourcing strategies across operating and capital categories
• lead RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, contracts, and renewals
• analyze spend and market trends
• administer purchase orders
• build supplier relationships and monitor performance
• partner with F&B, Operations, Design, Development, Construction, and Property teams
• prepare procurement dashboards and reports
• support budgeting and forecasting
• mitigate supply risks
• support developments, renovations, and openings
• promote standardization and technology-driven process improvements.
