Quality Assurance Manager

What you'll do

• Review initial assessments and reassessments for medical necessity and clinical guidelines
• review Behavior Intervention Plans when implementation has not produced clinically significant results
• consult remotely with BCBAs and provide recommendations
• support and oversee client programming audits
• maintain a client caseload and provide ABA services
• may supervise students and RBTs in accordance with BACB guidelines.
