The Radiology Director role is onsite in Saratoga, WY. Compensation is $85,000–$110,000 per year, based on experience. The director supports radiology services for the Emergency Department, clinic, and hospital inpatients at North Platte Valley Medical Center. This working manager leads the department’s operations while performing X-rays and CT scans. The role supports safe, compliant diagnostic imaging through staff supervision, quality assurance, equipment oversight, patient care, and departmental planning.

What you'll do

• Perform X-rays and CT scans
• communicate radiology operations to the CEO
• plan and coordinate department operations
• establish and revise policies and quality assurance procedures
• oversee equipment maintenance, contracts, supplies, and budgets
• train, supervise, and evaluate staff
• ensure coverage and compliance
• operate radiographic equipment and produce diagnostic images
• educate patients and families about procedures
• oversee the department’s on-call schedule.
