The role provides person-centered support to residents, promoting independence, quality of life, and community engagement through direct care, training, and participation in daily activities.

What you'll do

• Provide person-centered support and direct care, including assistance with self-help skills and personal hygiene
• implement training and behavioral support plans
• prepare light meals
• participate in outings and activities
• document objectives and progress reports
• and complete required training. Schedule includes weekdays from 3:45 p.m. to 11:45 p.m. and every other Saturday and Sunday from 7:45 a.m. to 7:45 p.m.
