Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager is an onsite role based in National Stock Yards, IL, supporting the US Foods, Inc. team. Compensation for this position is between $70,000 and $115,000 per year, with additional incentive bonuses available. This role exists to support the Area Director of HR in executing the area vision and goals. The manager will lead recruitment, employee relations, policy administration, and performance management while fostering a safe and inclusive culture within the organization.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage recruitment, policy interpretation, employee relations, performance management, and training.
• Facilitate resolution of employee relations issues.
• Support operations with collective bargaining agreement administration in union facilities.
• Ensure a genuine safety culture.
• Advocate for positive employee experience and engagement.
• Participate in department goal development.
• Execute communication and change campaigns.
• Lead investigations and support leave administration.
