What you'll do

• Lead the team building infrastructure for AI agents, including environments, tooling, observability, and context
• decide ownership boundaries for shared systems and document decisions
• take accountability for shared-layer failures across production, CI, security, and compliance
• work alongside infrastructure users to resolve problems
• hire senior engineers and set team direction.
