Vice President of Operations

The Vice President of Operations role is onsite in Monroe, WI. Compensation is $156,700–$250,700 per year. The role leads RRD’s Monroe facility; RRD provides marketing, packaging, print, and supply-chain solutions. What you'll do

• Lead ongoing improvements in plant safety, quality, productivity, and waste reduction
• manage P&L responsibilities and prepare and oversee capital and operating budgets
• develop employees through education and training
• guide department managers in improving operations
• work with sales representatives to maintain and acquire customers
• review manufacturing performance and address issues affecting schedules, costs, materials, quality, safety, service, or productivity
• communicate with plant employees and corporate staff
• ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• report plant performance
• make recommendations on personnel decisions
• motivate staff to meet department objectives and production schedules.
