What you'll do

• Manage Team Leads and team performance, staffing, training, and development
• oversee analysis, offer and reselection work, reporting, and strategic tests
• set priorities, standards, and escalation pathways
• monitor workload, quality, deadlines, and capacity
• validate findings and translate them into recommendations
• coordinate cross-functional projects
• maintain documentation and confidentiality, HIPAA, and privacy requirements
• improve workflows, systems, and team capacity.
