What you'll do

• Maintain and repair community interiors, exteriors, equipment, and resident apartments
• inspect the community and review maintenance logs
• implement maintenance programs
• order parts, supplies, and services
• assist with capital improvement projects
• maintain safe storage and condition of equipment
• perform emergency maintenance on an on-call basis
• assist with deep cleaning and apartment turns
• maintain chemical safety records and participate in safety meetings.
