What you'll do

• Develop, manage, and implement operational procedures and policies for business and support services
• prepare and monitor the annual budget and advise management on budget status
• monitor staffing, overtime, and medical costs
• direct employee work and development
• maintain accounting and control procedures
• participate in facility planning
• prepare and approve billing documents
• review financial and accounting records
• oversee receiving, storage, and accountability of supplies and equipment
• maintain census and related operational data.
