What you'll do

• Develop enterprise talent acquisition strategy
• partner with workforce planning, HR leaders, and executives on future talent needs
• lead recruiting operations, sourcing, employer brand, technology, compliance, and candidate experience
• mentor talent acquisition staff
• establish OFCCP, ITAR, and other defense hiring compliance frameworks
• oversee recruiting analytics, technology platforms, vendors, and continuous improvement
• represent the organization with universities, industry partners, government agencies, and professional associations.
