What you'll do

• Post and reconcile customer payments, including cash, checks, and credit card transactions
• contact customers about past-due accounts
• create, submit, and track invoices, including through online portals
• maintain customer account information
• research disputed invoices and billing discrepancies
• prepare consolidated billing reports, weekly statements, and account status reports
• respond to customer accounts receivable questions.
