What you'll do

• Resolve onsite IT tickets involving hardware, printers, peripherals and desktop or laptop troubleshooting
• coordinate escalated tickets with the managed service provider
• support onboarding and offboarding, account provisioning and device enrollment
• troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, network connectivity and VoIP
• track inventory
• assist with continuity and recovery activities, office projects and vendor coordination. Occasional after-hours or weekend support is on a rotating basis, and regular travel between New Jersey and Pennsylvania offices is required.
