The Behavioral Health Call Center Representative (Bilingual Chinese Required) role is onsite in San Gabriel, CA; the posting lists pay of $23–$25 per hour. It contributes to clinic efficiency and patient access by communicating clearly, protecting confidentiality, and directing concerns to the appropriate staff.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound calls from patients, insurance companies, and medical facilities
• assess caller needs and route inquiries
• triage patient calls and direct them to appropriate departments
• schedule, cancel, and reschedule appointments
• check insurance eligibility and coverage
• verify appointment and patient information in the electronic medical record
• enter registration data
• provide general information about directions, services, and programs
• forward patient concerns to appropriate personnel
• support quality improvement projects, outreach events, and administrative duties
• travel to clinics, events, and other activities as needed.

Why this role
