The role provides financial insight to resort leadership, oversees payroll and accounting functions, and develops the finance team while partnering with department and corporate leaders.

What you'll do

• Produce monthly and annual financial statements
• oversee the general ledger, close processes, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• direct accounts payable, accounts receivable, income audit, night audit, payroll, and management reporting
• maintain GAAP compliance and internal controls
• support audits
• oversee payroll for more than 1,000 associates
• develop finance staff
• improve accounting procedures and systems.
