What you'll do

• Respond to and resolve or escalate incidents and requests
• troubleshoot computers, peripherals, applications, and credentials
• support application patching, testing, installation, upgrades, licensing, and user training
• assist with computer imaging, deployment, inventory, and printer support
• document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base
• follow ITIL practices, service-level expectations, and cybersecurity guidance.
