What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and general repairs across multiple school locations, including HVAC filters, basic electrical and plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, playground equipment, fencing, and landscaping
• respond to service requests and emergencies
• conduct safety and building checks
• maintain property condition reports and work orders
• communicate repair updates
• support small capital projects and seasonal preparation.
