What you'll do

• Serve as primary contact for assigned personal lines accounts
• build client relationships
• review coverage and identify account-rounding or coverage-enhancement opportunities
• educate clients on products and coverage
• resolve service issues
• process policy changes, renewals, cancellations, reinstatements, billing inquiries, and certificate requests
• prepare renewal proposals
• coordinate with carriers
• maintain accurate records and documentation
• partner with producers and participate in training and process improvement.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of personal lines account management or insurance customer service experience, and an active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license. Schedule includes one rotating Saturday monthly, 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.; weekday hours are 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. three days and 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. two days.
