Site Leader

Job overview

The Site Leader role is onsite in Marion, OH. Compensation is $20 per hour. The position leads site personnel and quality missions, reporting to the Site Manager or Site Supervisor. What you'll do

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and site personnel
• communicate with site stakeholders
• set up and supervise missions
• staff missions
• train and validate inspectors
• coordinate mission changes
• isolate, tag, and verify nonconforming material
• audit work effectiveness
• perform visual, mechanical, and functional quality checks
• work as an inspector when required
• support workplace safety
• coordinate personnel matters with Human Resources
• monitor and approve inspector time
• maintain a 5S environment
• update systems and portals
• prepare reports and documentation
• troubleshoot process issues with suppliers and customers.
