What you'll do

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC, boiler, and chiller systems
• perform and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance
• monitor and adjust building automation systems
• oversee vendors and contractors and review service quality
• assist with facilities budgeting, cost tracking, and capital planning
• support safety, code compliance, and security procedures
• respond to occupant facility issues and service requests.

Why this role
