What you'll do

• Prepare, enter, review, and validate payroll data
• review time records, employee changes, deductions, and direct deposits
• support garnishments and other authorized deductions
• maintain payroll calendars and files
• coordinate payroll funding and vendor transmissions
• reconcile payroll, tax, benefit, and general ledger data
• research variances
• prepare reports
• support quarter-end, year-end, audits, and employee communications
• maintain HRIS and payroll data
• recommend process improvements.

Why this role
