Consults with physicians and allied health professionals regarding patients' nutritional statuses, nutrient needs, or specific diet plans. Formulates nutrition assessment, evaluation, and follow-up plans for patients at nutrition risk. Recommends and documents patient's nutrition treatment findings and plan in the medical record. Participates in clinical rounds and department meetings.
