Ready Mix Customer Service Representative

Job overview

The Ready Mix Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Odessa, TX, with pay of $20 per hour. GCC produces, distributes, and markets cement, ready-mixed concrete, aggregates, and related construction products. The representative serves as a primary contact for customers throughout order fulfillment, ensuring accurate order entry, coordinated schedules, timely updates, and resolution of service issues in collaboration with sales, dispatch, administration, and operations.

What you'll do

• Answer customer calls and process orders, changes, cancellations, and schedule updates
• maintain accurate order records
• communicate delivery schedules and order status
• address concerns and coordinate resolutions
• support project setup, billing information, and C.O.D. orders
• track customer service and order accuracy KPIs
• promote company products and services.
