What you'll do

• Support clients’ self-directed choices and provide supportive services
• collaborate with assigned case managers and involved family members
• assist with food ordering or shopping when needed
• teach cooking, cleaning, and laundry skills
• inspect refrigerators weekly
• conduct monthly fire drills and coordinate detector inspections
• document client progress and service-plan goals
• submit weekly and monthly reports
• maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
