This position supports Stanford Health Care by designing and delivering leadership development strategies for over 1,800 leaders. This role exists to translate strategic vision into high-impact, data-driven learning solutions. The Senior Consultant facilitates development experiences, manages curriculum design, and acts as a dedicated Organizational Development consultant to enable the organization's new strategy and culture.
