The nurse assesses patients, administers medications and IVs, documents care, educates patients and families, and contributes to quality, infection-control, and safety activities.

What you'll do

• Provide pre- and post-care and intra-procedure care as assigned
• document in the electronic medical record
• administer IVs and medications
• assess patients and arrange follow-up tests and appointments
• educate patients and families
• prepare charts
• delegate duties to support personnel
• participate in quality improvement, infection control, safety, policy review, and peer education.
