Plumbing Operations and Project Manager

The Plumbing Operations and Project Manager role is onsite in Chandler, AZ, with a Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule and a rotating emergency-support schedule. Base salary is $110,000–$150,000 per year, plus performance bonuses. The role leads the plumbing department’s operations and project coordination. The manager connects field technicians with scheduling, project planning, customer expectations, financial performance, and administrative follow-through. By tracking jobs, coordinating resources, supporting employees, and improving office-to-field processes, the role helps work progress accurately and profitably.

What you'll do

• Track active plumbing jobs and project status
• coordinate timelines, labor, materials, customer communication, and next steps
• assist with quotes, proposals, scopes, and pricing
• identify scheduling, staffing, material, and profitability issues
• review callbacks, customer feedback, quality, and productivity
• support hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development
• supervise the plumbing dispatcher and department assistant
• monitor estimates, unscheduled work, materials, and documentation
• review labor, materials, margins, invoices, timecards, and job records
• prepare technician pay sheets and verify incentives
• maintain information in ServiceTitan or similar software
• report on workload, staffing, revenue, profitability, and operational concerns
• improve office-field communication.
