What you'll do

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements
• support core system conversion, test planning, execution, data mapping, validation, and user-training documentation
• track and escalate testing and conversion issues
• prepare test plans, scripts, checklists, training materials, communications, process maps, and system documentation
• coordinate change control and maintain release documentation, deployment schedules, and rollback procedures
• assist with user access provisioning and reviews
• maintain documentation repositories.
