Sales Coordinator, Massachusetts

What you'll do

• Engage clients and identify potential hearing needs
• assist licensed providers with hearing screenings
• generate leads and book hearing evaluations
• manage appointments and client records
• communicate with clients
• perform basic hearing-aid troubleshooting, cleaning, and listening checks
• assist with orders, repairs, inventory, and follow-up
• track performance metrics
• support merchandising, payments, and end-of-day reporting.
