The Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Therapeutic Day Program role is onsite in Wheaton, IL, with no evenings or weekends. Compensation is $36–$41 per hour. Blue Bird Day’s therapeutic day program serves children with neurodiverse needs, and the role works with a multidisciplinary team. The BCBA provides behavior therapy and individualized, evidence-based treatment to support children’s cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth. The role also partners with caregivers and helps develop clinical capacity by supervising and mentoring RBTs and ABA students.

What you'll do

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized evidence-based treatment plans
• coach and support caregivers
• supervise and mentor RBTs and ABA students
• collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
• provide behavior therapy to children ages 2–7 with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs.
