Second-Shift Line Lead

What you'll do

• Lead production-area start-ups, shutdowns, and changeovers
• verify materials against bills of materials
• document production performance
• perform routine quality checks
• enter data in Syspro
• direct and support production team members
• provide break coverage
• train and coach operators
• enforce safety and quality requirements
• and maintain a clean, organized, 5S-compliant production environment.
