The manager directs day-to-day property functions under federal, state, and HUD requirements while supporting residents’ quality of life, safety, and rights. The role oversees financial, building, marketing, and compliance responsibilities and coordinates with staff and service providers.

What you'll do

• Manage occupancy, waitlists, property reports, budgets, rent collection, and resident accounts
• conduct community outreach and partner with marketing
• maintain building safety and systems
• coordinate maintenance and unit turnovers
• comply with HUD, Section 8, LIHTC, HOME, and local requirements
• maintain resident files
• coordinate support-service referrals
• prepare leases, orientations, notices, and annual recertifications.
