Data Analyst, Health Center Quality Reporting

What you'll do

• Analyze and interpret collected data
• coordinate performance data collection and reporting for quality initiatives
• support health centers with data completeness, accuracy, and measure definitions
• develop data collection methodologies for performance measures
• aggregate and report health center data
• prepare trend summaries and presentations
• coordinate the database of LPCA data measures
• collaborate with program staff, HIE entities, and solutions staff.
