What you'll do

• Inspect, maintain, and repair electric overhead traveling cranes and hoists at customer locations
• participate in an on-call service rotation, including after-hours support
• troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, structural, and electronic issues
• perform post-repair safety audits
• document findings and recommend corrective actions
• consult with customers
• complete service reports and maintain company equipment and vehicles.
