What you'll do

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans.
• Actively participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms.
• Engage in collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team.

What we're looking for

Education

Master's or Doctoral Degree

Experience

Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field. Must hold a current and active professional license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCP) in Virginia and/or Maryland or be eligible for licensure by the time of hire.
