What you'll do

• Deliver cost planning, estimates, and peer reviews
• participate in value engineering and risk management
• advise on procurement and bids
• review and negotiate contracts
• prepare monthly cost reports, forecasts, and cash-flow analyses
• manage change orders and payment requisitions
• attend and chair meetings as needed
• and complete final accounts and financial closeout.

Why this role
