What you'll do

• Support commercial construction projects from design through closeout
• coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, consultants, and superintendents
• assist with permitting, bidding, buyouts, schedules, budgets, meetings, reports, and project documentation
• coordinate RFIs and submittals
• monitor project costs and invoices
• support site safety planning and implementation
• conduct site walk-throughs
• and help resolve design and construction issues.
