The Behavior Technician (BHT) — Part-Time works in clinic, home, and/or school settings in the Freehold, NJ area. Compensation is $19–$23 per hour, with 20 hours per week guaranteed. NeurAbilities Healthcare provides medical, psychological, and integrated behavior services for people with autism and other neurodevelopmental disabilities. The role helps clients develop communication, social, and independent living skills through one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis under a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst’s supervision. The technician follows treatment plans, tracks progress, and collaborates with families and treatment teams to support meaningful change.

What you'll do

• Work one-to-one with clients in clinic, home, and/or school settings
• implement Applied Behavior Analysis under BCBA supervision
• help clients improve communication, social, and independent living skills
• collaborate with families, caregivers, and treatment teams
• follow treatment plans and educate others about ABA interventions
• collect and maintain data
• manage client program materials
• foster therapeutic relationships.
