What you'll do
- Assist the Dietitian with planning, organizing, and directing dietary operations. Coordinate dietary services with other departments
- support staff policies and procedures
- help assess residents’ dietary needs and develop and review care plans
- ensure staff use care plans in daily services
- provide nutritionally similar substitute foods when residents refuse meals
- maintain kitchen equipment and sanitation
- inspect food storage and supply areas
- and process diet changes received from nursing services.
