What you'll do

• Conduct client and consultant interactions
• recruit and build client relationships
• work with bank partners
• promote Operation HOPE solutions through social media
• schedule and facilitate financial literacy workshops
• coach clients by phone and in person
• coordinate coaching sessions
• maintain client data in the CRM
• build community alliances
• help clients create debt-reduction action plans.
