What you'll do

• Lead residential HVAC installation crews
• install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-split systems, boilers, and air handlers
• install and modify ductwork
• start up and commission systems and educate customers
• train and mentor apprentice installers
• maintain clean job sites
• ensure installations meet company standards and local codes.

Why this role

At least three years of residential HVAC installation experience is required; EPA Universal Certification is preferred. Hydronic experience is preferred but not required.
