The Lead Line Cook role is onsite in Englewood, CO. Compensation is $15.16–$25.00 per hour. The position supports Viewhouse’s restaurant, bar, and entertainment destination and its kitchen operations. This working kitchen leader prepares and presents menu items while coordinating station execution and supporting culinary team development. The role helps maintain consistent food quality, safe and sanitary practices, and efficient service across shifts.

What you'll do

• Prepare, cook, plate, and present menu items to company standards
• coordinate workflow at assigned stations
• support daily kitchen operations
• assist with onboarding, training, coaching, and mentoring
• monitor food quality and temperatures
• maintain station readiness and inventory rotation
• follow food safety, sanitation, allergen, and workplace safety procedures
• keep kitchen areas clean and organized.
