What you'll do

• Assist walk-in customers in selecting parts and related items
• pull purchased parts from stock
• check availability and place emergency orders when requested
• answer calls and provide price quotes
• assist outside sales representatives
• prepare orders for shipment, delivery, or pickup
• support technicians with repair parts
• maintain organized, clean storage and counter areas
• process returns and credits.
